For those who haven't heard... there have been a couple of large explosions at the finish line of the Boston marathon. The last I heard is like 30+ injuries and 2 deaths so far. There's a lot of information flying around, but here is a link to the live feed from the Boston NPR station that is covering the details.

I was curious as far as how long it would take, considering the amount of cameras and surveillance. I figured it would only be a matter of time before something caught someone placing those in the trash cans. Sad state of affairs, but it could've been worse.
