but hey, do what you got to do. maybe the ones they disarmed/destroyed showed the properties of cellphone triggered, i guess that could be.
however.. the bombs already went off.. the streets are clearing etc.. i think its kind of too late for precautinary measures. i wonder how many more undetonated bombs they are going find.

because they just shut down the service a little bit ago, thats a relatively long time they could of had to set more explosions off.

Your not understanding my point!! the bombs ALREADY went off, they cut signal, everyone is scattering. They FAILED the initial cordon!. They were NOT successfull at controlling the event. but this is a HUGE event. and i know they are doing there fricken best.
All of the unexploited ied's (IF) they are remotely controlled a/b signal. they need to be looking for someone relatively close, (well I dont know, im not a bomb expert and I dont know how far signals go) but if they shut down the service, and the bombs that already went off indeed were detonated via cellphone they will be able to know by examining the remnants of the unexploded bombs. everyone has their hands tied but as they are already doing, treating wounded, preventing the bombs. and i dont know "how" they will possibly find suspects. other than video footage I would have no idea how to go about finding someone responsible, but thats not what they are going to focus on anyway, just preventing more bombs from exploding.
last thought, If another explosion happens soon, while cell service is off, the activator/triggerman is within range of that explosion. but at this point sadly i believe the suspects/bastards who did this are scurrying away like little rats among the masses of people. so i dont think there will be another explosion. their moment of oppertunity for mass amounts of casualities have passed and anymore wouldnt be appealing to them/ in trade for themselves getting caught.
