I think a pressure cooker might just be a means of delivery rather than carrying around and dropping a bunch of TNT somewhere.
but it still seems like the container would deaden the brunt of the blast….. that it would be more effective to use a less sturdy container that will not absurd as much energy

I believe it's a group of terrorists did this, if there were 5 pressure cookers in total. Do you know how suspicious it is for one person carries 5 pressure cooker on the street? Not to mention they are filled with irons and powders. What will happen on 7/4 then? No baggage is allowed?
