Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am ET on April 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 7, 2013.

Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older as of April 15, 2013.

Limit up to two entries per day per email address/cell phone number/person, regardless of method of entry.

During the Promotion Period, there will be three separate Entry Periods as follows:
Entry Period 1: April 15, 2013 to May 12, 2013;
Entry Period 2: May 13, 2013 to June 9, 2013; and
Entry Period 3: June 10, 2013 to July 7, 2013.

Five winners will be selected in each of three separate random drawings; one at the conclusion of each Entry Period on or about May 13, 2013, June 10, 2013 and July 8, 2013. Non-winning entries from each drawing are not eligible for subsequent drawings.

Fifteen (15) Grand Prizes (5 per drawing): Trip for three (winner and two guests) to see a One Direction Concert including sound check at one of the following:

Philadelphia, PA from June 24, 2013 to June 27, 2013 (winners from Entry Period 1);

Dallas, TX from July 21, 2013 to July 24, 2013 (winners from Entry Period 2); or

Los Angeles, CA from August 8, 2013 to August 11, 2013 (winners from Entry Period 3).

Trip consists of:
- round trip, coach class air travel from major airport nearest winner's residence to destination city;
- 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, triple occupancy);
- three tickets to a One Direction Concert on one of the dates as noted above;
- opportunity to be at sound check (which will include available members of Artists performing and sound check);
- round trip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/concert; and
- $1,850.00 cash in spending money for the winner only (to be awarded in the form of a check).

Approximate retail value: $8,050.00. Total ARV of all prizes is $120,750.

Each winner's guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. In the event winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on trip by at least one parent/legal guardian who will be one of the guests. Each winner and his/her guests must be available to travel on dates noted above or the prize will be automatically forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
