SCHOLARSHIP CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE: The initial winner or third-party recipient who ultimately accepts the scholarship will be deemed the "Scholarship Recipient". The scholarship will be paid either in one lump sum or annually directly to the private high school, U.S. accredited two or four year college, university, vocational-technical school or graduate school, or a combination of the aforementioned, for tuition and enrollment fees while enrolled. If the Scholarship Recipient is under 19 years of age at the time of prize award, the scholarship must be activated within two (2) years of his/her 19th birthday. If Scholarship Recipient is 19 years of age or older at the time of prize award, the scholarship must be activated within two (2) years of prize award. The balance of all funds must be used within four (4) years from the date of the first disbursement or forfeited. Additional terms and conditions for use of the scholarship may apply and will be provided at the time of prize award by Scholarship America. All checks will be mailed to the Scholarship Recipient's home address and Scholarship Recipient is solely responsible for notifying Scholarship America of any change of address and submitting payments to the appropriate financial administrator of the educational institution. All taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the Scholarship Recipient. Scholarship Recipient and his/her parent or legal guardian (if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, as well as any other documents requested by Sponsor or Scholarship America. All requested documents must be returned within ten (10) days of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, if feasible. In the event the winner is unable or unwilling to personally use or otherwise transfer the scholarship prize as stated above, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be randomly selected, if feasible. ARV: up to $10,000. Actual retail value of the prize may vary depending on the Recipient's selection of educational institution and compliance with the enrollment conditions provided by Scholarship America. Sponsor is not responsible for any Recipient's inability to accept the scholarship prize or any portion thereof.

SPONSOR DONATION TO CHARITY: Sponsor will directly make a $5,000 Donation to each Scholarship Recipient's choice of one of the following three charities (each a "Charity"): (a) Teach for America; (b) Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America; or (c) STOMP Out Bullying. The Donation will be made in the form of a check made payable by Sponsor to the selected Charity. The Donation is not tax deductible by the Scholarship Recipients. The Scholarship Recipients will not be responsible for taxes associated with the Donation, but will be solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with the $10,000 scholarship prize (if any). Sponsor reserves the right to make the Donation to another charity of their choosing, including a charity not mentioned above, if the selected a Charity is unable or unwilling to accept the Donation.
