open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of Entry.
log-in to your Pinterest account and follow Motel 6 (if you have not done so already). Then, pin an image from 1 of the 3 specified categories (each, a "Category") directly from the tab and create a new board titled "Motel 6 Ultimate Bucket List" and include the #Motel6UBL hashtag. Then, pin up to three (3) additional images depicting your ideal ultimate bucket list experience and fill out the required Contest entry information (collectively, an "Entry").
Limit one (1) Entry per person using only one (1) email address and one (1) Pinterest username throughout the Contest Period.
JUDGING: All eligible Entries received by Sponsor for each Category will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following criteria: visual appeal of Pinboard and written caption (70%), and overall curation of Pinboard (30%). The one (1) Entry with the highest total score in each Category will be deemed a potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, an additional, "tie-breaking" judge will determine the potential Grand Prize winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein.
BACKGROUND CHECK/CONDUCT: Each potential Winner and his/her Guest must agree to a background check (which may include, without limitation, a review of the driving record) before being declared the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a Winner (and/or deny participation to his/her Guest) for any reason as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, including without limitation, based on any drug or alcohol dependency or treatment, criminal arrests or convictions, law suits—either settled or still pending.
GRAND PRIZES (3) (One (1) per Category): A trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to the destination specified for the applicable Category ("Trip"). Trip consists of (i) roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's residence to designated location, (ii) a maximum of seven (7) consecutive days and six (6) consecutive nights at a Motel 6 hotel (one room, double occupancy), (iii) two (2) tablet computers and (iv) a check in the amount of Three Thousand US Dollars ($3,000) to be used for miscellaneous expenses on the Trip. If Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $6,000.
