Club Tyson Epic Movie Sweepstakes ~ 5/27/13 (facebook or email)

Sweepstakes begins on or about 1 PM Central Time on May 17th, 2013 and ends at 12 noon Central Time on May 27th, 2013.

Three (3) methods of entry.

They may enter by clicking on "Skip the game and enter for a chance to win" and entering their email address and agreeing to the terms and conditions. The second method of entry is to continue to play the Puzzle slide game, by connecting via Facebook connect. Entrants are given the chance to play two different levels. The more difficult the level the more entries the entrant receives. For the "easy" level, once an entrant has completed the game they receive two (2) entries. For the "difficult" level, once an entrant has completed the game they receive three (3) entries.

The maximum number of entries that an entrant can possibly receive is three (3). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Facebook profile. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant may be disqualified.

TO ENTER BY EMAIL: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Epic Movie Sweepstakes" with your full name, age, street address (no post office boxes allowed), and phone number (including area code) and a statement that Participant is the legal age of majority in the state in which they reside as of the date of entry. Participants that submit an entry via e-mail are subject to all entry limitations specified above, including limitations of one (1) entry without playing the puzzle game.

PRIZES: One hundred (100) second place prizes will be awarded. Each second place prize consists of four (4) tickets to the movie EPIC, valued at $10 each. The ARV of each prize is $40. The total ARV of the movie tickets is $4,000. All prizes are subject to restrictions, which will be clearly listed on the certificate.

First prize will consist of one (1) "mystery" signed poster by a cast member. The total ARV of the mystery prize is $100.

The total ARV of all prizes is $4,100.
