During each Weekly Contest, participants are asked to submit a photo of their "HomeGoods Happy Find" from HomeGoodsthat fits within the designated weekly theme (each, a "Submission"). With the exception of the first Weekly Contest (begins at 10:01 AM ET), entry for each Weekly Contest will begin each Monday during the Contest Period at 12:00 AM ET and end the following Sunday at 11:59 PM ET during the Contest Period
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY

#HomeGoodsHappy (the "Twitter Hashtag"). Any photo on Twitter tagged with the Twitter
Hashtag may be eligible for this Promotion
Via Instagram: Post your Submission on Instagram through your Instagram account using the hashtag #HomeGoodsHappy (the "Instagram Hashtag"). Any photo tagged with the Instagram Hashtag on Instagram may be eligible for the Promotion
Weekly Themes:
Week 1 - Bright Finds- What are your best and brightest finds?
Week 2 - Unexpected Finds- What have you found in-store that you've used in a less traditional way?
Week 3 - Decked Out Finds- What have you found that's helping you get ready for all the
summer sun and fun on its way?
Week 4 - Entertaining Finds- What have you found that shows off your ability to entertain or is just downright entertaining?
Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Method (3 possible entries total) per Weekly Contest
JUDGING: Sponsor or its designee will select up to three (3) Potential Prize Winners for each Weekly Contest (one (1) Potential Prize Winner for each Entry Method) from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period based on the following "Judging Criteria": clarity and quality of photo (35%), originality and creativity (35%), appropriateness of find to weekly theme (30%).
Week One Winner – 5/15/13
• Week Two Winner – 5/22/13
• Week Three Winner – 5/29/13
• Week Four Winner – 6/5/13
PRIZES: Three (3) Prizes are available in each Weekly Contest (one (1) prize for each Entry Method). The prize for each of the three Weekly Contest winners shall be a HomeGoods gift card in the amount of $250 (ARV: $250)
