upload an image file you have created that encompasses your favorite Nintendo experience according to the General Guidelines and Image Guidelines below. There are many ways you can capture your favorite Nintendo experience. Here are just a couple examples: (i) a photo showing us a painting you created representing your favorite gaming experience, or (ii) a photo of a cake you baked and decorated that shows your favorite gaming experience. You do not have to include any Nintendo products. Including Nintendo products in your image will not improve your chances of winning.
three following judging criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
(a) Spirit: how well the image encompasses your favorite Nintendo experience
(b) Creativity: how well the image demonstrates creativity
(c) Quality: the overall artistic quality of the image
Prizes:
(a) The two (2) winners selected by Sponsor will receive the following prize package (the "Trip"): (i) two (2) round-trip coach airline tickets from a major U.S. or Canadian commercial airport near the winner's home to Los Angeles, CA for winner and winner's guest ("Travel Guest"), who must be at least seventeen (17) years of age as of June 11, 2013 (however, at Sponsor's discretion, winners who live within two hundred (200) miles of Los Angeles may receive round-trip ground transportation to Los Angeles in lieu of the airline tickets); (ii) four (4) nights' lodging in a hotel in the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area for winner and the Travel Guest (one standard room, double occupancy); and (iii) two (2) Expo passes for admission to the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo ("E3"), which is scheduled to be held in Los Angeles, California on June 11-13, 2013, for winner and the Travel Guest. Approximate retail value of each Trip package: $6,000 (United States dollars). Total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded: $12,000
