Marlboro Make It a Classic Instant Win Sweepstakes - 6/3/13 - 8/11/13
Daily entry via marlboro.com or sms. Thousands of prizes for each entry period (8 days) over the course of 10 entry periods. On 6/3, the contest will begin at 12 am EST, but each new "day" will begin 8 am and end at 7:59 am EST. Void in MA, MI, VA, and Where Prohibited.
I have all the rules and such for this contest and the other one, but I just got time to post them now. I don't have a scanner and cell phone picture is not good enough for the tiny text of the rules. When I find a scanner, I'll post the rules for both contests. Good Luck!

Eligibility: The Marlboro Make It a Classic Instant Win Sweepstakes (the "Instant Win Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan, and Virginia) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies including ePrize, Inc., D.L. Blair,Inc., and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each are not eligible. Noncompliance with any of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Instant Win Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, and where prohibited. Participation in the Instant Win Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Sweepstakes. 4. How to Enter : To play the Instant Win Sweepstakes, you must be on or agree to be added to the Marlboro mailing list by registering at WWW.MARLBORO.CO
Online: To play the Instant Win Sweepstakes, you must first become a registered user at www.marlboro.co
SMS Text Messaging: To enter via SMS text messaging, you must first register your mobile phone number at WWW.MARLBORO.CO
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Sweepstakes. Limit: You may play one (1) time per day by either method of entry during the Promotion Period. An individual is not permitted to register for the Marlboro.com website more than once. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or wireless phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) play per day by using multiple/different email addresses, wireless phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays and that entrant may be disqualified.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Presenter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address or the wireless phone number used to register will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" of an email address, is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The "authorized account holder" of a wireless phone number is the natural person in whose name the phone number has been issued and to whom the services are billed. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Presenter or administrator, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE INSTANT WIN Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the INSTANT WIN Sweepstakes SHOULD so indicate, unless and until entrant's eligibility AND the potential WINNING PLAY have been verified, and entrant has been notified that verification is complete . Presenter will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored.
6. Determination and Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Instant Win Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Sweepstakes. There will be thirty-one thousand seventy-three (31,073) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, generated for the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Sweepstakes at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. Potential winners of prizes with ARVs of $600 or more will be required to (i) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and (ii) submit sufficient proof of age in the form of a legible photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., a driver's license) bearing a complete name, address, date of birth and signature ("Prize Documents"). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Prize Documents or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. All instant win sweepstakes plays are recorded as entries for each entry period. In the event that a potential winner of a prize greater than $25 is disqualified for any reason, Presenter will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible online entries from the entry period. There will be up to three (3) alternate drawings (time permitting) after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately eight (8) weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Sweepstakes. All unclaimed prizes with ARVs $25 or lower will remain unawarded. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Presenter.
