Banana Republic Milly Sweepstakes ~ 6/30/13 (facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on May 30, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Tell A Friend: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to share the Sweepstakes with your Facebook friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. You will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, up to a total of one (1) additional entry per day during the Promotion Period, for each share.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package including:

A trip for two (2) to Palm Springs, CA or the Hamptons, NY (location determined by the winner's selection submitted as part of the Sweepstakes registration);

A 2013 Fiat (model determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

A $1,000 Banana Republic shop card (terms and conditions apply); and

A Milly prize package (specific package elements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

Trip portion of the prize package will include:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or near either Palm Springs, CA or the Hamptons, NY;
- two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and
- travel agent services.
Winner must complete the trip within the designated time frame determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited.

For Fiat portion of the prize package, Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value: $21,128 USD.
