Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 3, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 11, 2013.
Open only to eligible individuals who, as of the date of entry, are legal residents of and residing in the contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia), are 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.

Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized e-mail account holder during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method.
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 2014 Indian Chief Motorcycle.Color to be selected solely by the Sponsor.
Grand Prize motorcycle will be titled to the confirmed Grand Prize winner and will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Motorcycle awarded to a California, Massachusetts, New York, or Vermont resident will include required emissions equipment, if applicable. Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize motorcycle at an Indian Motorcycle [or Polaris] dealer or other location as designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize does not include any additional costs beyond delivery to the Indian Motorcycle or Polaris dealer.All taxes, fees, surcharges and costs associated with the prize, including license, registration and title fees and insurance costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must show evidence of insurance and a valid license to operate a motorcycle in order to accept delivery, or prize will not be awarded and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner is responsible for the costs of any vehicle options beyond the Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $18,999, as may be agreed to between winner and the Indian Motorcycle dealer or other location as designated by the Sponsor, at which vehicle will be delivered. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $18,999. The Grand Prize motorcycle will come with a standard factory warranty.
