Prizes: (1 winner) A wedding for up to twenty people at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Wedding includes round trip coach airfare for the winner and bride/groom from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, Nevada; 4-nights terrace suite hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, up to four standard hotel rooms for 2-nights accommodations each (double occupancy) at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas for the bridal party, a wedding photographer, hair and makeup services, floral arrangements, minister services, a wedding cake, a champagne toast, a spa voucher, and hotel restaurant voucher (ARV $6,500)
Travel for the Couple must take place by July 31, 2014 or the prize will be forfeited and is based on hotel availability, travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Guest airfare, meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, ground transfers before, during, and after the trip, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Couple must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Couple is responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to the winner. If a winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the prize with fewer than the allowed number of guests, components of the prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and the winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Once issued, airline tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open airline tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
