Drawings will be held according to the schedule posted on www.vacations2discover.com from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The winner will be notified either by e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing. Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of the prize. Prizes must be used according to the terms and conditions as listed for each prize on www.vacations2discover.com or the prize will be automatically forfeited. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively "Releases"), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Giveaway, use or misuse of any prize. Releases and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Giveaway, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, or if this Giveaway or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Giveaway and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway or any portion thereof. In the event this Giveaway is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
