you can do so by signing up for their catalog via their website or when you do the address change with USPS via the web or pick up one of those address change request envelope package at your local postal office. Not sure if they will change but the one that I got from the address change request/catalog sign-up was for 10% off only though.

Sorry, it's a one time use coupon and I'm going to use it. It didn't come in a catalog, it was a small (postcard) sized folder and the coupon was attached inside.
