amazon closed my account

Got a email that amazon closed my account, due to recieving a refund on 2 orders I returned due to the items were not working so they closed my account, and I had a lot of money in my account still from my surveys, now im out so much money, does anyone know how I can get my money I contacted them and they said I maynot be able to get it back

other than politely e-mail their account specialists, I don't think you can do anything else - atleast it seems like they are working on the current balance that you do have and aren't trying to swindle you or anything, is there any tracking number or way you can get a status on that?

So believe it or don't believe but that is what happened to me. I probably only spend 20% of the money I used to on amazon but no great loss anyway with their high prices and add on nonsense.
