Amazon closed my account

So my wife account on Amazon got closed due "continued to request refunds for a significant number of your orders." Basically we had a baby and she was buying and returning stuff, but still keeping a lot of stuff. But I guess they have there reasons, anyway my account which had the same amazon visa card (sharing rewards) also got closed due to being linked to this account. I had student prime and over all loved my account and had good standings. What can I do now ? From reading around I see that they are using the billing address and/or Credit card/Bank information to link accounts, not the delivery address. This really sucks !

I got that gentle reminder email from Amazon a few years back, after I returned a pair of ill-fitting shoes (that I paid for return shipping on) for my wife and an HP micro server unopened. Since then I have not made but 4-5 returns out of perhaps 60 orders a year. Some small items such as a case which was clearly advertised for the new iPad Mini but did not fit, I just ate that $10.
I read an article recently about Bezos & co. Amazon operates very frugally as a company - they use recycled doors as desks
Meanwhile, most retailers are tracking returns:

And seriously, it's not that hard to know the size your baby will need.
You abused the system, sent back used items on a continual basis and got busted.
Waa, Waa, Waa.
Ok well the last line was uncalled for and for your used item assumption its just that. Items she sent back were eather new unopened and if they were opened they were defective. Ok intresting about you eating the cost why are you on this forum ?
And I take personal responsibility for choices I make including purchases. If I buy a shampoo and it doesn't "fit" I don't send it back to amazon because it's defective.

Agree they should let you know, but instead you get emails(which Im still getting today) stating hassle free returns on cloth and baby items.... They use this as a selling point they close your account because of that ! Thanks for feedback.

This is cruel to say, but man, you don't want your newborn to start his life like this.

Like what ?
Yeah guys. I see that you keep missing my point of view and the whole reason I posted here.

A lot of SDers (including myself) eat the cost rather than returning to Amazon. It is what a true SDer does to protect future great deals.
BTW Costco does this also. Not so far as to close people's account. Once a member gets flagged, each time that member tries to make a purchase, the register will request for manager's approval for the purchase. I heard about this form someone I know. The returns abuse at Costco is unbelievable - old dirty BBQ grills, old TVs, washing machines, etc etc.
As far as why I am here on slick deals, well, most of the items I purchase on amazon I can resell for the same price I paid on Facebook selling groups because I am getting that good a deal. So if I don't like it, I'm not out any money.
I'll go as far as to say they should have warned you first, but they absolutely did the right thing by banning your wife.
