Amazon closed my account

So my wife account on Amazon got closed due "continued to request refunds for a significant number of your orders." Basically we had a baby and she was buying and returning stuff, but still keeping a lot of stuff. But I guess they have there reasons, anyway my account which had the same amazon visa card (sharing rewards) also got closed due to being linked to this account. I had student prime and over all loved my account and had good standings. What can I do now ? From reading around I see that they are using the billing address and/or Credit card/Bank information to link accounts, not the delivery address. This really sucks !

A corporation is considered a separate person under the law. So step one is to form an S-Corp or LLC. They charge as little as $69 for a basic LLC. Plus you will have to pay a filing fee to your state. Some states charge a really high filing fee. Washington State it costs $200, but Nevada is only $75, so that is one option since you do not have to live in Nevada to have a corporation there.
Next you will need a new email address and a physical address. The email address is easy. For a physical address you want to just rent a box in one of those mailbox franchises that exist in almost every town. (There is another advantage of this. The mailbox place is a commercial address. When you have goods shipped to you, it is cheaper to ship to a commercial address than a residential one. This savings can easily pay for the box rental).
Once you get a commercial address, you will now need a bank account and Visa card in the name of the business. Just take your articles of incorporation to your local bank, open an account in the name of your business (your LLC name) and ask for a Visa Debit card for the account.
Now you just need to do one last thing. Amazon logs your IP address, so you will need to change that.
Now you should be ready to apply for a new account. Just one more thing; when you name your corporation or LLC, use a name different than your own. If your Amazon account was in the name of Susan Jones, don't name your LLC: Susan Jones, LLC. Your LLC doesn't have to be named after you, you can pick any name you like that isn't being used by someone else.
EDIT: oh, and something else, buy a new computer, like a dell laptop for $250 and use it to access your Amazon account. Amazon will read the computer information and so a new computer is key (some claim you can Reformat your hard drive or restore it to pre-Amazon days. Amazon plants permanent cookies on your drive that even a new IP will not cover-up.)
Your last statement is kind of silly... and I dont think I should respond to it anyway...
The area of clothing and shoes can be tricky at most online stores, especially, if its not a familiar item to you. Ex., i use finishline.com and yes, i return things. Despite trying things on in the b&m. I still come up short on other styles w the same size. So, i get peed. Finishline monitors returns and i run the risk of being banned. I try not to buy from those types of places-too much- knowing sizing is an issue. I may get, banned but i am willing to risk a finishline vs an amazon account that has no b&m.
We try not to treat amazon like a, "lets see if it fits retailer" because im sure its a 50/50 chance. For that, we use a generious return store like walmart, target, department stores and buy/return. Amazon is my movie hub. I buy tools, detergent, books, etc.,..i buy things that i know should be ok.
* w taxes being charged, amazon is not the best deal for me, now. Target also price matches amazon, 90 day returns on lots of items and i have a target red card(, 5% extra off.) I go for the deal and target is getting my $.
You were following the return offer but got F!
Sorry about your situational ban. It suxs.
Email warning would have been nice, but they did let you return all those baby items for free--they just didn't want to sell you anything else anymore; you can't say they didn't honor their advertising.
By the way, doesn't Amazon also own Zappos?
Yeah I did I guess, but people here saying I didnt return 1 thing to amazon and I rather eat the cost of the item then return it? Really ? like almost sounds like instead of providing a helpful feedback Im getting jumped on.... Anyway thank you for feedback.
I agree some of the responses are ludicrous about keeping stuff you don't need or that doesn't work for you especially from a store that encourages hassle free returns in its marketing agenda since it has no physical stores. I am curious as to what the returns and purchases were and thought you were being literal with the formula and bottles example. Like many here I also purchase and return on amazon a lot and would like to know what exactly the purchases/returns were that warranted this ban. Maybe if you are more transparent you will gain attention for being unjustly blacklisted and can get your account legitimately reinstated.
Unfortuantly once you banned thats it. The account Im trying to get back does not get looked at by it self they are looking at my wifes and my account combined. I spoke to my wife and she thinks its the boots, since she ordered few pairs and returned them as they didnt fit and/or she didnt like. Again she took there return policy as its stated, while she was endless customer she had no issues. I could go back and try to sort out the returns vs purchases, but there is no point at all at this time as there policy is random. I guess dont expect to return many things when you buy from them and be careful how your family accounts would be linked. Anyway it is a buisness and they are not required to sell to me if they dont feel like it based in my purchase habits, Im over it and will just have to find a way to order from them some otherway. Im just pissed about my kindle books and them closing my prime video which I had at 39$. But whatever time to move on. Just tought I share here and get some feedback

Fair enough, thank you for sharing. I had no clue amazon banned accounts in this capacity.
As to OPs account being closed I would hazard a guess that the main reason was the shared CC.
I guess that could have changed since Amazon has had to lower their prices (I know Endless had free shipping and returns but also charged about $5 more than most of their competitors on popular shoes to soak up the possible return costs). But if it has, a lot of their fashion customers would be banned by now.

You might be right. But last things that my wife purchased and returned were boots, so that might of pushed it over the edge, combined with other earlier in the year baby returns ?
I do have a question, does Amazon count the returns that you make to other sellers?
