January 2014 Healthy Eating Group Invitation - No OT

Nearly 3 years ago I started my journey to live a healthier and happier life.
Since 2011 I have lost nearly 90 lbs and I want to help others achieve their goals too.

I know that New Years is a popular time to make a change and I would be honored to help you. To get you started, I will host a FREE 4 Week Clean Eating Group - I will supply everything, the shopping lists, menu, meal plan and coaching. All I ask of you is to be active in the group and support others in the group.
If you are truly serious about making 2014 your year to have more energy, lose weight, or pick up a free health habits post in this thread. Also, let me know if you have a Facebook account, I may create a private FB group and/or use this thread.
I only want those who are 100% completely serious about making a change!!!
I hope to make this grow and roll over each month.

Vote for what plan you prefer - structured or unstructured.
The complete program is 4 weeks but I can stretch it out to 6 wks

Is 5'5" and 138lbs considered obese or overweight? The idea with my doctor's was for me to put weight on when I only weighed 92lbs.

I hear you on the eating late. My boyfriend has a martial arts gym that keeps us out until about 9 p.m. two nights a week which means we don't eat until 9:30 or later. On other nights, we like to work out in the evening and then don't end up eating until 8:30 or 9:00; however, we don't go to bed until midnight or so. We're just night owls as opposed to morning people, so it works for us.
I am also not a breakfast eater, but I do eat lunch. It is important to eat as much as you can throughout the day as that helps your metabolism and digestion. I should really take my own advice on that, but I just have such a hard time eating in the morning.
