So the Dell lady tells me she'll get back to me this afternoon once she talks to the investigative team at Dell again (like that's gonna do anything) and I get on the phone with FedEx. At which time, FedEx tells me that the CASE IS CLOSED, and in fact it was closed YESTERDAY.
At this point, when Dell finally gets their ass in gear and processes the claim, and I finally get my laptop - what kind of things should I ask for as far as compensation for time wasted, high blood pressure, and loss of sanity?!?!?!?
You know what, screw Dell. I'm telling them to refund my money. End of story.

It is only my farking heart medicine.
The one they shipped? One that I expected a delay because it recently went generic and they had to get a new prescription.
Edit: I replied to the message that some of my medicine was delayed asking if they would change the method of shipping to overnight or second day at no cost. They replied that they sent the one that wasn't delayed last week.
Edit 2: They say they shipped it. Gave me a tracking number using a service I've not heard of. Checked the mail order website for clarification. It merely says...
