If it's really that debilitating it should be an issue worked out with HR and a plan devised on an individual basis. May result in lower wage for less time worked, but if you aren't at work you shouldn't expect to be paid.

So yeah - if anything we need more sick days to cover days where you have bad cramps, or just bad anything... I've had some awful dizzy spells and fatigue over the past month and only took off one day despite feeling like a zombie.
