So the first CFA in the state opened up this morning. On the news, they said people were camping out for a good 36 hours.

I've been to CFA in another state before, but camping out?

Looks like Black Friday. One guy drove over 1000 miles to attend Confused

In n Out is the only place that still cooks and makes the burger fresh unlike all the others that just microwave it when you order. So gross. In n Out is ok but my favorite is the Habit, where they also make them fresh. In n Out could definitely use some help with their skinny limp fries though.

you are incorrect. Five Guys and Wendys do not freeze their burgers, or microwave them to reheat.

Five Guys don't even have freezers in their restaurants for ANY ingredients.

Not crazy about Popeye's. I do like their fries though. The only 2 within driving distance of me are both in the ghetto.

Went in once and a drunk guy was panhandling inside with a beer in his hand.

If and when I go now, drive thru only.

I've never had a burger at Wendy's that wasn't cooked at the time it was ordered so I don't know if they ever reheat burgers.

they keep very limited cooked inventory on hand, and only let it sit for very limited time inside heated oven type contraptions ( <15min). sometimes I end up having to sacrifice time for freshness because of this. but rather that be the case than microwaved rubber buns and burgers when I do get them. Annoyed

of course I prefer their Spicy Chicken sandwich over their burger(s) Whee

Ask for the fries well done. Though they'll still be skinny, but no longer limp.

with a little research, Culver's and Steak n Shake do not freeze their beef either. cannot verify if they microwave their assembled burgers or not. perhaps I will find out at lunch tomorrow Licklips

treat myself to a custard shake from Culver's for my bday! Woot
