This one was, though!
It saved me from having to build something that no one would use, and then redoing the work in a useful way. It was also maybe fifteen minutes long, and involved three people.

Wikipedia? It comes in several flavors: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, German, and many others.

Chicory? Kinda/sorta like coffee, but not. That's why they they used it to "stretch" their supplies of coffee when it was scarce. It also helps tone down any bitterness from lower quality coffee beans.
