I also won the lottery for Cardinals NLCS tickets (Yes, I know--we haven't even qualified for post season yet). So I go online and am actually able to purchase tickets in the section directly behind homeplate in the 3rd deck. Those tickets are the best of the tickets available in the upper deck within give or take 30 seats (out of probably 18,000-19,000 seats).
