You are the biggest non-patriot patriot fan I have ever seen.

Yeah that was a terrible call for the Shehawks. Besides the facts that they have one of if the best RB in the game, probably the best power runner in the game and one of the most successful QBs at running the ball in league history but on top of that they threw towards the middle of the field. You either throw back corner or a quick slant on the outside or a quick short out.

I read that Carroll was worried about leaving too much time left for a quick fieldgoal. First a field goal only ties it and I think you have to worry about getting the lead before you can worry about your opponent catching up to you. Second you have to have faith in your defense. Sheattle has a historically good defense, show faith in what got you there.

If I was a Seattle fan I don't think I would ever be able to let this go, they had the game and ended up out smarting themselves.
A field goal only ties the game? Is it worth 4 points if the QB kicks it?

OK so the play was illegal... is that cheating? This is akin to saying if the refs didn't make a call on something, that a team cheated. How about the call the refs missed against the Seahawks in the 1Q of the SB where they ran into the Pats' kicker's plant leg - clear penalty and 1st down (roughing [ninersnation.com]). Did the Seahawks cheat and get away with it?

Really? Your bias against the Pats is clear in all your posts in this thread and others.
my bias isn't against the patriots, its any time a person or team repeatedly cheats to become number one is really low down. I despised Lance and Bonds too.

Its just a really sad sad situation. Considering Brady was basically a life long back up and Belicheat was terrible when he didn't have Parcels wiping his nose and changing his diapers makes me wonder if they would even win one Super Bowl without cheating.

My guess is no. My guess is Rex Ryan own Belicheat if he is not cheating. If you have to cheat to be number one then you arent number 1.

Perception is reality, here in Los Angeles my friends, coworkers and even people at the courts all believe the Pats cheated and I see this all online too. Its usually only Patriot fans who think their innocent.

Lime I have stated before, we come from Fall River Mass, Patriots used to always be one of my top 3 teams until they started cheating.

Barry Bonds never failed a test and that's reality, perception is he was a cheater, how's his HoF voting been going? After a cheating conviction already and then the QB goes on radio and states he likes non regulation balls (12.5 is not deflated but regulation) and then they get caught with those balls and then he says he likes 12.5 and then belicheat says Brady can't tell the difference in balls, if the Pats can't prove that they didn't cheat again then they will always be guilty in the court of public opinion.

I have a child and them and any grandchildren will be taught about the Barry Bonds, Lance Armstrongs and Patriots of the sporting world.

Also if you are innocent why would you want to leave proving your innocence up to someone else?

Anyway in sports if you get caught breaking the rules then that's it, if you believe you are bring wrongfully charged then you prove it.

If a pitcher has pine tar on his hand he is ejected, he could fight that it was accidental but the league doesn't need to prove it was purposely, broken rules are broken rules and its the responsiblity of the players and teams that they are conforming to those rules.

Like with pine tar, Peds and all other broken rules.

As it stands the patriots are repeat rule breakers. Coming from the coach who prides himself of knowing the rule book back and fourth. Belicheat knows the rules which makes it worse when he breaks them.

One thing I get a big kick out of with the Patriots fans is that they seem to think they are somehow special. They cry and whine that the Pats have haters just because they are good. Big news--The Patriots aren't anything special. They are just like every other dynasty that has had a good run in the past. Every one of them has had their haters. The Packers, the Dolphins, Steelers, Cowboys, 49ers, Broncos, and whoever else I might be forgetting all had their share of haters when they were on top.

That's one thing that won't ever change. People love to hate success. Get over it. The Patriots don't deserve any more pity for having detractors than any other team that is successful. Time to get over the pity party.

4TD's, Brady broke the completion record in a Super Bowl and his throws weren't off. I'd say he did just fine with regularly inflated balls.

Are you serious? Do you really not see how everyone else following a rule, and one team violating the rule is cheating?
What rule did the Patriots violate?

Absolutely if it is true. Especially since that would be a blatant breaking of a rule by knowingly using a substance that had specifically been banned. And just saying everyone did it doesn't automatically make it true. And even if it is all that means is that they were all cheating.

Rice wasn't on the first 2 title winning team but our later titles were already tainted from salary cap issues.

Balls used in games must be between 12.5-13.5 psi. The balls the Patriots were playing with were not regulation.

sorry, but what "Dynasty" has nearly a 15 year success run (with exception of 2002, and the year TB got his ACL blown out in game 1 of the regular season)? with exception to a certain NHL canadian team in the early 1900s. sure, only 4 rings. but 6 super bowl appearances, 9 AFC championship appearances, won their divisional all but 2002 and 2008 (TB's ACL injury) in that span.

wouldn't quite call the fins a Dynasty...

I was just agreeing with the "people love to hate success" part.
