I'm trying not to bum hard that I used most of my Superbowl Qs this past week. Of course, I used the ETQ for $1/1 and got the 12 packs for $.50 overage. Keep telling myself, that's a good thing, a good thing! Crazy

Is this the right forum to ask this?

Anyone in the Montgomery, AL area to tell me how coupon friendly (ETQ friendly) the Targets are there? Traveling there for the week to visit family, and don't know whether to bring a q stash or not! lol

Similar ?. I'm heading to Harrisburg PA for work on Wed and Thurs. Doubtful I'll have time to hit a target but you never know. If anyone has feedback, PM me. I'm not staying near Hershey, more near the corporate area. Thanks.

Isn't it so funny how getting q's in the mail makes our day. I remember before I used q's I loved getting letters or cards from friends or family now all I look for are q's. laugh out loud

DS is on spring break this week and I decided to not do any shopping this week so we can spend lots of time together, but now i'm spending lots of time with my darn q's. At least I got them organized, finally got rid of the ones that expired in Feb.shake head He's so preoccupied with his WII anyway. Oh well, off to Disneyland tomorrow. Anyone know of any Disneyland q's?LMAO

Ditto. I have never sent in a rebate before, just can't seem to get motivated to do themshake head

I bought the handivac last week with every intention of doing the rebate. It happened to be a windy day and on the way to my car the darn receipt flew right out of my hand so off i go chasing it and cursing at it (definately looked like a crazy ladyCrazylaugh ), the stupid thing goes underneath a car and of course I can't reach itMad . The whole time the security guard was watching meBlush2,he comes up to me and asks if I need help, of course I do, silly. He attempts to get it to no avail so then he offers to wait with me for the driver of the car to come out, but I told him no thanks don't need it that bad.

So I decided after that that rebates just weren't meant to be.

Awww, MAN, I hate it when that happens. You mean you didn't CRAWL under the car to get it, LMAO

Maybe, you're right, it was a SIGN from above! Rofl2

Or maybe just try it again....you can always buy another sealer and use it as a gift or something?

I have a whole spreadsheet of rebates. It's the under $5 ones that require original receipt that get missed. Or anything from target that requires orig receipt. My amazon and pricegrabber ones are no prob.

I really don't want to be THAT person who has to ask what the deal is. But I've looked all over for the pepsi deal. I know I'm going to be that person today. I hate asking what the deal is because I hate reading when people ask what the deal is when it's one or two pages back. But I've been reading pretty faithfully, but the darn deals thread moves so quickly that if I'm not on it all the time I miss stuff. So if anyone wants to pm me I would love it!

I already spend so much time reviewing, clipping and organizing my q's then shopping I don't think I can handle anymore time dedicated to rebates.

Anyone here watch Spongebob? My DS favorite cartoon, he just left the WII and started watching it, anyway I have the Goofy Goober song in my head.

"I'm a Goofy Goober, YEAH!!
Your a Goofy Goober, YEAH!!
Were all Goofy Goobers, YEAH!!
Goofy Goofy Goober Goober, YEAH!!"

And Spring break just startedLMAO

Me, too. I have never returned anything when my total was too low. Even if it was broken, too small/big, etc. I just figure it's part of the deal......I probably didn't spend anything on it to begin with and why raise any flags/questions.

If my total is low, but not that low and it's necessary then I would return something.
Just checking though - if you have purchased stuff and your total was - for argument's sake $70 and you need to return an item that cost $12 would you still do that - or is your rule that you return nothing EVER! I generally don't return - but I have one return I would like to make at the moment - it would still leave my total at almost $60 but should I just not make any returns ever on principle?

Quote from shopgirl24 :
for example, when i managed cosmetics a few years back, i actually banned a lady from purchasing any of my expensive (i'm talking retail $20+ each piece) jewelry because she kept returning it a couple days later. i had to tell her, you know, you've done this x number of times, you never keep any of the jewelry you buy here. so i'm not going to open my locked cabinet for you anymore - because i have to defect out your purchases every time you have an impulse buy. (we didn't get vendor credit for those items, we were losing a LOT of money due to her. Mad)
Hey I have a question - I have never returned jewelry - but if you return it the store has to throw it away like food???? That seems crazy! Can't they clean the necklace or whatever in that cleaner stuff they use? What is the logic of throwing away jewelry? Sorry - I read this and was just confused!

LOL - oh dear!! That wind can be dastardly!! I once had some coupons blow out of my hands and go flying hither and yon across the parking lot --- I grabbed what I could and the rest --- well the wind wanted them LOL Hope you have better luck with future receipts!!!hug

To my understanding - next week Pepsi & Frito Lay products will be 5/$15 then with that purchase of 5 items you receive a $5 gift card. There are TQ out there for $1/2 Pepsi prodcuts and a similar one for Frito Lay --- those can be used to make this deal better. *IF* your Target accepts expired coupons *AND* they are still working there is an older ETQ for Pepsi $1/1 which would make the deal even better ---- but that is a SERIOUSLY YMMY!!
