I changed the name of the thread because I think that Q's CVS Lounge gives a better representation of what the thread is about. This isn't a deals thread although I will sometimes be posting deals. I'll probably talk more about Transylvania and the stock market than I will about the drugstores but the main thing is that is that I want this to be a cool place to hang out.

we are getting a new wags about 4 miles away. it will now be the closest standalone pharmacy to me. however i'm getting a new high tech supermarket which will be about 2 miles away and quite close to a target which will put a lot of pressure on it since it's one of the low volume high priced ones. i'm hoping the supermarket will be a *world class* one which will mean it's larger with more selection, but probably not. they do have a lot of acreage b/c either it will be by itself or they are building a totally new plaza and they will be the first tenant, so they can build whatever and however big they want. we are all impatiently waiting. they got approval over 2 yrs ago and they are still putting in utilities.
I don't know how you can buy all the scented products for your sale. I wouldn't even be able to handle having any stinky axe or old spice products in my car on the drive home.

through. This is why I said earlier that Wags can't lose with this deal (if the rumor is infact true).

I had a long adjustment and didn't do it gladly but my hair has stayed soft
First time hair fell out a hairdresser friend of mine said to stop cheap shampoos and gave me a big bottle of Redken FatCat
I used baking soda first "shampoo", then washed it out with Redken. B-soda really made it foam up so I literally only needed dime size spot of Redken.
but after 2 years, hairGot int he car, looked in rearview mirror and could see baking soda had turned white again as it dried. Looked like high school play version of gray hair
Bakiing soda can have a slight lightening effect if you leave it in for awhile. I like it, makes my grays blend in better and makes them more silvery. I leave it in 5-10 minutes while I bathe but if you don't want lightening, just pour it on and rinse it out.
baking soda from hair>>bath water means no bath ring too

Still think it was better for consumers & competitive prices than what is allowed now
I thought they must have re-formulated it but it must have been hypnotic marketing..
OS at least isn't a bad smell- liked it when I was a little girl but even then it was associated with Grandpa. Doesn't seem appropriate for young guys. Marketing again, I guess
i get a horrible rash on the backs of my hands that bleeds and is so itchy i literally cannot sleep at night if i have a severe reaction. b4 i figured out it i was allergic to pantene, my hair was also falling out.
over the years there are less and less dishwashing liquids i can use b/c they reformulate them. i was able to use sunlight for many yrs but then they changed it 3-4 yrs ago. dawn pure essentials also succumbed and the latest this yr is palmolive pure+clear. the only palmolive left that doesn't contain MIT is the orange antibacterial. but it smells up your entire kitchen when you use it now. you can use dr bronner's but trader joe's only carries peppermint which is kinda weird to use on dishes and it's really expensive elsewhere. since they usually don't put the ingredients on dishwashing liquids, it's a lot of effort to find products that don't have it. but since the smell of the palmolive antibacterial is overwhelming, i'm going to have to do some research.
luckily softsoap liquid handsoap is safe but going out anywhere and washing my hands is a gamble. i haven't gotten to the point where i bring my own soap yet but i may have to on a lanyard.
i used to use olay body wash w/ shea butter but several years ago they reformulated. i tried avalon organics but i need a very moisturizing body wash at least half the year so i have reverted back to using bar soap.
for shampoo and conditioner, some but not all of the garnier fructis line is free of MIT and CMIT, so i have to check the labels. whenever i can get it for 1.00 for 13oz i stock up. i had to sell off my small shampoo and conditioner stockpile and now i have to pay for it almost all the time.
My bro used to make goat milk soap--wonder if you could find some farmer to trade with...
