What if we already mailed the entries YESTERDAY when your OFFICIAL website: (http://www.bwwbonusentry.com/ ) stated the limit was 4 per person?

"Limit four (4) Coupons per person regardless of method of participation."

Kind of messed up to change the rules after you officially post the details and rules on your OFFICIAL site, no?

Some advice for next year, just say "limit 4 per address" and it will prevent this unnecessary confusion. "(4) Coupons per person, per household, per address" could easily be interpreted as 4 per person per household per address... like this promotion has been in the past.

Normally, I would assume this is a troll post but since the site was updated since yesterday with your verbiage, I tend to believe you.

They changed it after the contest began.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, human or printer error, or any other causes which Sponsor deems, in its sole opinion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

I'm aware. My first question was a hypothetical. Doesn't change that it is messed up to change the terms of the promo after it began. I'm glad they clarified but they are a day late (and a few stamps short) for some. They had all year to plan for this and based how quickly they amended the promo, it was their intention all along to make it 4 per address. What if on Jan 1, they decide, screw it we're only going to send out 1 coupon per address, or per neighborhood, etc. My main point is why not just make the wording so that it is not open to interpretation? "Limit 4 per address" would certainly take most of the doubt out of that.

This is a representative from Buffalo Wild Wings posting to clarify a few rules regarding the Blazin' Bonus promotion. This is a "while supplies last" promotion and we are working hard to fulfill as many eligible entries as possible. We love the enthusiasm around this promotion, and we established rules to allow as many Guests to participate as possible with the supplies available. In the spirit of the promotion, we ask our Guests to please comply with the rules, available here: http://www.buffalowildwings.com/e...15---KB-2/ or your entry may not be honored. Information posted on sites other than buffalowildwings.com or bwwbonusentry.com may not be accurate and we recommend that you visit our official sites to verify any information. As a reminder on two important rules, you must be at least 18 and a US resident (void in FL, NY, RI) to participate, and there is a limit of 4 entries per household, which also means 4 entries per address. Thank you.
For RI, it says, "Residents of FL, NY, RI and Canada receive a set dollar value coupon."

How do I get this coupon?

Is anyone getting a blank white screen after submitting your info? I've tried to submit multiple times and I kept getting a blank white screen. Now when I submit, it says "Sorry, you have reached the submission limit for this form. Do not forget to mail your entries." But I never got to print out the confirmation page or completed form because all I got was a blank white page! Mad

I'm not in RI, but if I was, I think I would just follow the same rules as the other states and mail in for 4.....I really can't think of anything else you could do! Good Luck....I wonder what your "set dollar amount is?"

I must admit, I'm surprised they didn't cancel this promotion all together, but now that it is back, let me explain something to you. As it says in the rules and regulations, BWW has the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time. They could cancel the entire thing tomorrow, and you have no one to complain to.

As for their terms, I believe it is quite clear as to why they say 1 per person and 1 per address. It is to prevent people like you from sending entries for your home address, work address, neighbors address, vacation home address, 5 rental home addresses, etc.

The rules are now quite simple. You get 4 cards for free for yourself and your family to share.

If you don't like it, I'm sure they won't care if you don't take part

Sorry to disappoint. Last year, I did not break any of the rules. No entries for Fido or Fluffy. All entries were for legal adults at their home permanent addresses.

Broke no rules last year, don't intend to break any this year. wavewavewave

Also, the rules this year do not say "1 per person and 1 per address". (unless they changed them again since I last checked.) Additionally, the " rules are now quite simple" since they have been amended (which is their right (sort of)).

Edit: There are also many laws/ regulations governed by the state and federal government when it comes to contests/ sweepstakes. You can bet there are certain things they are not allowed to change (i.e. They cannot change the rules and make residents of VT include postage on the return envelope.) Note: I'm not saying that amending the limit wording violates any of these. Just that a disclaimer at the bottom of a T&C's doesn't necessarily mean that it is legal/ binding. i.e. if someone puts a disclaimer on a box of pancake mix saying "If you purchase this product, you cannot sue us for any reason" and the company making the mix mislabels rat poison as pancake mix, you can bet they are going to get sued.

Great, $20 in postage to get $20 in cards, just because they couldn't write a coherent sentence.

You can't.

From their rules:
" (*For clarity, this means 4 per household, regardless of the number of residents. Any requests beyond 4 will not be honored.)"
