I hope the BWW rep sees that people still remember being denied. These are the only things that will get me in the door, so if I get nothing I will NEVER give BWW my business. We have one I pass almost daily.
These companies sure put up with a lot of crap from people wanting free food who wouldn't otherwise eat there. I'm pretty sure legally they can limit the free entries to one per person/per household, yet BWW is still giving us 4.

I'm guessing you have no clue what marketing budgets or loss leaders are by the comment you made. I won't go into the legality of the free entries since another poster covered that already.
