I'm sure it's been mentioned and buried but extended warranty benefit goes away next month which sucks
Uhh yeah I have an Amex, this is not true lol
I'm sure citi fought hard in the bidding process to beat Amex to get the Costco account. Part of the terms were probably to offer better benefits for the customer....

My APR was 14.99% before i charged up a few thousand dollars. Now my APR is 19.99%. They're scam artists. Do not recommend
You should be paying off your balance every month so APR should be irrelevant. Unless you have a 0% card, if you carry a balance then it negates all benefits.
Anyone try setting someone up as an authorized user?
My wife is an AU on mine. The strange thing about Costco is that a second person on your account is given a different member number than the main account. Adding an AU needs that second member's number.
is this really a deal? I dont see anywhere this can compete with the current double cash or capital one 2% card. And no open card bonus. Oh, you might get a free bottle or free bag if you apply instore.

It's worth it if you don't mind carrying more than 1 card. Use this for pumping gas and shopping at Costco. Found out the hard way this card doesn't offer purchase protection though so if you're buying big ticket items like jewelry I would use another card.

Pretty sure the extended warranty didn't apply to jewelry

Certain cards have purchase protection if something gets lost or damaged before you're able to insure. It might not be a total recovery but if you're in the position to make such a purchase it's good to know which cards cover these types of issues.
Card isn't worth it anymore. No more extended warranty.
What's the best no annual fee card these days for extended warranty, and maybe return/purchase protection? I don't think any card companies do price protection anymore although I could be wrong.
I don't think so, 3% is pretty high on restaurants, and 4% on gas. The cards with rotating categories will beat these for 1/4 of the year, for example Freedom offers 5% on gas right now until April 1, but I don't think there's a 4% yearly gas card for no fee.
you forgot to mention the "fine print" stuff.. like:
1. you must be a Verizon customer
2. you can't get direct cash back.. you can only redeem through Verizon's store (huge limitation IMO)... although, you can redeem with gift cards, etc.
in my book, when issuers force using their own medium for redeeming (and not allowing actual cash back), that's a negative.
This card is a trash now. just came to know they consider only costco gas for 4% cashback. Sams, Kroger and all others are 1%
It lists Costco and all other gas stations as 4% but their terms are.
Certain Non-Qualifying Purchases. You will only earn 1% cash back, not 4%, for gas purchased at superstores, supermarkets, convenience stores and warehouse clubs other than Costco or for fuel used for non-automobile purposes.

Pretty good card, it looks like
