Plus an article last year says the Costco management team were put off by the AMEX's Wall Street High Finance suits culture that didn't mesh with their.

This is a major bummer! I suppose I can use Costco Visa for dining out and Sallie Mae master card for Amazon purchases.

I really don't need another credit card, but I'm tempted by this. 4% gas is better than AmEx Blue Cash, 3% restaurants is better than Chase Sapphire. 2% Costco is better than 1% anything else.
Question - does the "eligible travel purchases worlwide" mean that this card doesn't have fees for international purchases? That would make this card straight baller.
