These are the same people who spent 30k on beanie babies for the investment.

Also in CT but not Orange, DW wanted to take the 2 DD's to an egg hunt last weekend (6 and 2 yo). She always underestimates crowds so lo and behold there must have been a few thousand people there. Like PEZ, they had 3 different fields for age groups. They did not have bullhorns so you couldn't hear their "instructions".

Anyway, it was someone's brilliant idea that parents wouldn't be allowed on the field with the 3-8 yo group (the <3 group did allow parents). What happened? Parents on one side, kids surrounding the field on the other 3 sides. Then they yell "go" and it's mass chaos. Yeah, as it turns out, parents like to know where their kids are, so we all said fark it and went onto the field anyway. Fortunately I found DD (other DD was with DW) but I passed several parents that were shouting for their kids, and kids at the "lost and found" tent looking for parents.

I don't like to bitch - it was free after all - but man what a colossal fark up.
