ok.. so the idea of a thread devoted to the epl was mentioned in the euro 2008 thread, and here it is!

use this as your place to:
  1. discuss your favorite club

the euro 2008 thread was really successful (thanks, killadrilla!), so let's please keep the flaming to a minimum. i'll be copying a few links from the euro wiki as well as adding some info for a slickdeals fantasy league..

well i think arsenal have accepted that they can't win anything this season, and they are guaranteed 4th place anyways

arsenal needs to buy some firepower this summer or it's going to be more of the same next year. kinda feel bad for them... but not really.. since i'm a spurs supporter Whee

i don't think spurs will get 7th place to qualify for Europa League... but if we do, yay!

wow i never saw that thread, should we continue on this thread or go to that one? All the big leagues in one thread are actually a good idea (spain, italy, england, germany, etc.) I look forward to seeing what Real Madrid can do this year!

yeah, i'm wondering what real madrid can accomplish this season. if they don't at least get 1 trophy, then i'd say it was a big failure!

by the way, WC qualifiers tomorrow, USA vs Mexico in mexico city! USA have never won there, hopefully tomorrow will be the first time, but i still don't know what channel it's on

i was wrong Mad ....i didn't see the match, sounds like arsenal were in control for most of it though. ronaldo already off the mark for real madrid on their first match, they won 3-2

edit - by the way, this Eduardo diving thing is BS, they might suspend him for 2 games. They've never suspended drogba
