This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Maybe Goats milk, it is sweeter and closer to your milk than cows milk, and has more nutrients than soy. Also apple sauce, and yogurt, are good for digestion, you can replace milk with yougurt, and give diluted juice, no cheese, and mix a spoonful of applesauce into anything with a consistancy that will take it easily.

HTH,

shannon
I was going to suggest Goats milk too. I've heard it's better for young children because of the fat molecules (or something, I'm NOT a scientist!)..anyway they are smaller and easier to digest. Supposed to be better for adults too (especially if you are lactose intolerant). I was very surprised to learn the the US is one of if not the only country who's main milk source is cow's milk. Over 75% of the world uses goats milk..I have seen it in a few stores, also, you can look in your local phone book, or google it. Many cities have dairies, mine does, and the cost is comparable to cow's milk. It actually tastes better..sweeter.

Hey all- first time posting here- heck couldn't even figure out where "this place" was Smilie

Anyways- just have a question about if anyone has done mystery shopping? My neighbors do it but won't share in case I take some of "their shops" away..... BLEH!

Just thought this would be fun and a cool thing to do. TIA
I don't mystery shop much but I recently signed up at the link below to do a shop for Longhorn restaurant (you get reimbursed up to $30 for dinner, plus $10)

http://www.focusonservice.com/

Some others that I've done are not really worth it for me, because I don't live in a concentrated area and the cost of gas is too much.

I'm signed up for http://www.shopperscritique.com/ but haven't done any shops yet; they have Hair Cuttery shops that I'll try sometime if one comes up for a convenient time.

Yep its in with the milk, I don't know the brand but usually there is only one brand to choose from and it comes in quarts, my dd drank this for 8 months. I had no problem finding it at any grocery store in Tx or Ca, but don't know abut Target.

I've done some mystery shopping, but it's not always cost effective, especially with the price of gas. Fast food shops are the worst..you have to time everything to the second, from when you pull up to the speaker, until you leave the window...and you get paid like 7.00. Plus, I don't eat much fast food...I also do Longhorn's..that is a nice shop to do, I average about 1 shop every 2 to 3 months. the survey is easy and they are reliable with payment. You do have to pay up front and be reimbursed though...usually takes about 2 weeks. I have done a couple of Sears Spring shops, they ususally pay 50.00 and i live real close, so I'll do that one. I got a call today to do a Tacori shop...I might just have to do that one just to go drool....
