I have to use this on a regular basis, so he won't get constipated. Mostly, he is going through a stage where he "holds it". Then he get constipated, it's a perpetual cycle! Pediatrician (who is THE greatest) recommended the miralax and it's been a godsend!! Says it's a normal phase that a lot go through. It dissolves, but he could still taste it in juice, so I put it in his choc milk, and he thinks it's a treat!laugh out loud I know part of his problem is too much choc milk, he won't drink much else (except for the occasional juice boxLMAO ) and dr says don't worry about, he'll grow out of it! HTH!

In nursing school I learned that apple juice has a laxative effect, but applesauce has a constipating effect. I know that seems Crazy but that is what we learned. Also this is shown in the BRAT diet that is prescribed for diarrhea. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast or Tea (depending on your source) is what drs will normall tell their pts to do for diarrhea to stop.

The regular ole blue Dawn is on sale and there are 1/1 coupons out and I think 0.50/1.

And I am new to Wags now and went earlier this week to get in on the 0.05 school supplies and they were out of some so the manager said they offer rainchecks for any sales including the ones that are the coupons on the flyer. The only stipulation was that if the coupon said limit 5 then that's all the rain check could be written for. So if you needed more I guess you could stop by a few times.

OMG that reminds me of my dd this past weekend. She just fell in love with cashews. She has never liked nuts before. But she just ate probably 1/2 a can of the Planters in one sitting. It does work!!! I just bought 5...I used 3 .55 off one and 2 1.00 one so it worked out to like .20 a roll! Just give the walgreen's coupon last!

I had a fabulous day...uhm yea not really. So this weekend I drank a little at my cousin's wedding...barely got buzzed. Went home, took my medication, it knocked me out so hard that my teeth grinding didn't wake me up, which it normally does. So I broke off the back of my back tooth...and a little more the next day. Went to the dentist today and I had to get it pulled. BUT I got a really slick deal!!!!!! lol Normally an extraction is between $70-90 after insurance. I paid $3.20 and my deductible is paid for the year!! lol Leave it to me to be excited about getting a tooth pulled for super cheap. So yea, getting a tooth pulled sucks but at least I got a great deal! lol

DH is letting me shop ALLLLLLLLLL day tommorow! Woohooo!! I love this man! lol

I gave it to him on a regular bass for a few weeks, and his system got straightened back out. I havent had to give it to him again.

Also if he/she likes cookies, you can give Fig newtons. They will make the child go, and they think its a treat because its a cookie. My little guy likes those too.

Raisins and apple juice both tear my kids apart. Apple juice more, and not just apple juice, any juice that is apple juice based, juicy juice, most juice coctail from concentrate has an apple juice base. They are so bad that 1 cup will make their little bums bleed from the acid in it. Never really realized just how many juices are apple juice based, until I went through 7 or 8 different kinds of juice and they all had pretty much the same effect on them. Raisins never seem to digest either. Frown EEK!

double's son was stable around 3am and then some labwork went back up. They are meeting with the specialist around 9am EST. I will update when I get another text from her. Her DS is now inpatient in the hospital and will be for a few days. I am off to work but can leave my phone on so when I hear something, I will pass it along
