Congrats to all the pregnant ones out there. Seems like everyone is having a baby lately. I think I'm going to stay away for a bit as to not catch that "bug" lol. 3 boys is enough for me right now.

On another note..I was at the grocery store today and found some coupons for $1/2 Gold Peak Tea. I can say I have never heard or tried this brand before.

Found .35 off Open Pit BBQ Sauce.

Ok. I gotta get off this dang board and get to the hospital. Mom's having surgery this afternoon. She has a rod and pins in her leg from a broken leg a couple years ago. One of the pins came out (actually protruded through the skin in the matter of a day) and it got infected. To make it worse, she is diabetic, so that makes it a little more serious. They are removing the rod today, and cleaning out the infection. Hopefully that is all that will have to be done. They will know more once they get the MRI back and go in to see how it looks.

Happy shopping and let's keep the peace around here! There are far more important things in life than salsa and Target!! Peace
DM!!! Wave

Pray for your mom!!! Hope all goes well!!!

Iagree with your statement above too, so true!!! hug

is anyone else experiencing cruddy internet service since ordering from borders? or is it just me and coincidence with when i started messing with borders?

i'm having issues with any website that requires a login or other related cookies to function. any suggestions would be awesome - there's nothing wrong with our actual connection.

Laugh for the day....

Ran quickly through Target on lunch to pick up a few of the 'usuals' as my store limits to 3 like coupons per trip. Walking through the bulk section (what is left of it) and another shopper is asking a 'red' if they are going to restock the Pampers, as all that is left is size 5 & 6, and she needs 2's. The 'red' looked at her like she had grown horns. Then the shopper said, 'well, better buy some anyway, they NEVER go on sale'. I tried to hold in the laugh, but ended up snorting!

If anyone has any Schick Intuition coupons that they don't plan on using at CVS this week, PM me please - I'd love to work out a trade. Just tried it out and I think I'm in love! Cloud9

okay we just had an earthquake here a few minutes ago. maybe that is why internet was acting up earlier (pre-earthquake). i dunno.

we live right by the train tracks, so at first i thought it was just another train because it wasn't that strong. but then it kept going.. and going.. and i thought ok this is so not a train and i'm starting to get nauseous!! Stick Out Tongue
chatted with other apartment dwellers and they thought it was the train at first too lol. so it was a relatively weak quake. laugh out loud

I don't miss earthquakes at all! It was a 5.8, east of LA. I grew up in Orange County and always feared the "big one".

yeah, we are north of LA. I'm going to check out that article.. we all thought in our apartment building it probably originated elsewhere because it was so small here.

Says it was nearest to Chino Hills. I looked at the "shake map" at the US gov site too...LOL! My Mom lives in La Mirada, I should call her and see how it was there, as they were definitely in the shake zone.
