Amazon's Phones with Lockscreen Offers & Ads

For those with Amazon's phones (e.g. Blu R1, Moto G...) with "Lockscreen Offers & Ads", do you actually ever get any decent offers on it that are not available otherwise? Trying to decide if it is worthwhile to get a phone with lockscreen offers...

I get the same sort of ads on my Fire, every now and then I find a good deal for me or DH, we don't buy much stuff though, just what we can use ourselves.

I have the Blu R1. I really don't use my phone very often and do prepaid. It cost me next to nothing. I have kind of gotten so used to the lockscreen ads, I just ignore mine. So that probably answers your question.

If your a big user, you might find them annoying. For me as much as I use it, the price is right.

Root it, uninstall those offers or get apps to block.

Only problem is I'm sure the phone has sub-par specs.
Actually it appears you don't even need root. Just install ADB (easy to follow instructions) and run a few commands and ads are gone.

I have the Moto G4 Amazon phone. The phone is solid but as far as the advertisements, I just ignore them. They are only on the lock screen (non-obtrusive) and I don't even notice them anymore. I never saw any offers that were worth exploring.
