A New Jersey man was arrested last week after cops say he sunned himself on a beach in nothing but homemade bikini shorts fashioned out of plastic wrap.

Beach Haven police say Stephen Wojciehowski, 59, spent two days on Long Beach Island wearing the revealing swimwear that "clearly exposed" his genitals to beachgoers, according to a police statement.

Update: It was mlv and they had to drop the indecent exposure charge due to lack of evidence.
