I just found out that Groupon quietly closed several of my extra groupon accounts. They did not contact me in advance to arrange a proper closure or transfer/refund of my remaining groupon bucks or unused groupon vouchers. Luckily I have a full records of these and I contacted them and got a surprised response from their manager. Apparently, they thought that I did not have a records of my used vouchers or my buck balance and they did not mention these if the vouchers have not been printed/viewed/downloaded. Maybe they hoped I forgot them all.
This is problem is ongoing, but I think it is a business fraud that they did not inform their customers and simply stole their customer's money (by not mentioning remaining bucks and unused unprinted/unviewed groupon vouchers). I wonder if someone can start a law suit regarding this. I will be all in and I believe most of us have multiple accounts and are victims. Please share your ideas.
