Sometimes it's the headache that starts first and the neck follows after. Things like weather changes, allergy flare ups, cigarette smoke nearby...eating certain foods, stress... ( I have aunts on both sides of the fam. that get migraines...and for totally different reasons (triggers)...so I got super lucky and double whammied..I get them for all kinds of reasons.
My mom has never had one...and my dad says he's never had a headache in his life.
I told him that some people get them...and some people give them
Usually when they get bad I can't even focus enough on what I should be doing to try and make it go away.

My rant: We're having to replace everything from the fridge and freezer. I had no idea it would be so farking expensive to start all over.
The positive side: I now have the room in my freezer to look into AM's freeze now, eat later meals.

450 degrees for 15 minutes - bake on a cooling rack on a cookie sheet. Then flip and bake for another 15 min. Cut as chips, not "fries"
Skip the basil salt - add basil to the mayo and lemon juice and salt to taste.
I'm not a huge fan of sweet potatoes either, but these are amazing.
