DD I had a ticket for seatbelt back in august, forgot to pay it, and I also had a "21 days to prove you have insurance" which i did

But I forgot to mail it in Doh now I owe 350 something$ and they think I didn't have insurance. I have til oct 20something to fix it

whats the best plan of attack?
