Friday night I went to my friend's apartment and we were having a little party. His roommate and I have been getting pretty close lately and we hooked up for the first time last Wednesday. I had the intention of spending the night Friday because I was gonna be back there in the morning to tailgate for our homecoming game anyway. So, my friend invites this guy over who likes me (some pretext: the previous weekend we were all watching the Sabres game together. First he hates roommate for whatever reason and guy who likes me got super jealous when I went into roommate's room for a while with the door closed. We were just laying in his bed while he smoked a cigarette, but apparently it pissed him off enough to leave). So it's my friend, roommate, guy who likes me, and about 6-7 other people there Friday night.
So fast forward to Friday night, we're all hanging out smoking a blunt in roommate's room when the other two guys leave us alone. We hooked up and afterwards I went back out in the living room because I wasn't tired and roommate had to work in the morning. Everything was fine and no one really suspected anything. Roommate and I had kinda agreed not to talk to anyone about it, although that's kinda moot now.
Saturday morning rolls around and I cleaned up the apartment when I woke up until about 1:00 PM. I took a shower and guy who likes me comes over around 1:30 PM. At this point, my ex is texting me and basically asking me to hang out. I really don't know how I feel about it, but I had to decline anyway because I was going to the football game. Ugh, so that put me in a bad mood. So me and guy who likes me are in the kitchen drinking a beer when my friend R goes into roommate's room to smoke a cigarette. My friend and his other roommate are putting face paint on. All of a sudden, R pops out of roommate's bedroom and points at me and yells, "YOU TOTALLY HAD SEX LAST NIGHT!" Like WTF. Apparently he saw the condom wrapper in the garbage. I was so pissed that he just blurted it out, especially in front of guy who likes me because I didn't want him (or really anyone) to know. So that was super awkward. I wish I could have seen the look on his face. He already disliked roommate so now I'm sure that hatred is amplified.
Unfortunately, it gets waaaaaaaaay worse. After the football game, we went to the apartment. It was me, friend, guy who likes me, R, and two of my girl friends. So we're watching the hockey game when the boys turn on the college football game and I'm like, fark you guys I want to watch hockey. So I went into roommate's room and the girls and guy who likes me came with me. R and friend show up, and then we realize there's no point in being in roommate's room anymore because we're all in there watching the hockey game. Everyone leaves and I fell asleep because I was exhausted and super drunk. After I woke up, some shit happened and the apartment got weird. Friend got pissed at R and the two girls, and guy who likes me came into roommate's room to confess to me that he likes me (I only knew he did because my friends would tell me, he was too much of a cat to say it to my face). So, I text one of the girls and tell her to come in as he's drunkenly confessing to me that he likes me. She came in at a perfect moment.
Friend and guy who likes me leave and go for a walk. The house is super awkward because we're all trying to figure out WTF is going on. I called my roommate to tell her what happened and I locked myself in roommate's room. So, while I was on the phone friend and guy who likes me comes back and eventually roommate comes home (he was home visiting his family). He goes straight to friend's room to see what's up and make sure he's okay. Guy who likes me (who hates roommate, remember?) goes to leave and tells my friends to, "tell Beth I said goodbye, if she ever comes out, even though I doubt she will." WTF?
Ever since his statuses on FB and AIM have been super emo and make me feel bad, even though I didn't do anything wrong. So between my ex and him that day, I felt like shit and couldn't sleep Saturday night. He tried texting me Sunday to hang out like nothing had happened, but I told him no because I'm not dealing with his shit. I was just incredibly pissed at him for acting the way he did and in front of my friends.
Ex texted me today asking to hang out.
I just feel like I can't win.
