I agree she IS awesome. I am totally going to stock up on TGIFs!!!
I agree. Thanks Barb!! I'm going to try to stock up on buffalo wings for when my son's college soccer team comes for a cook out. I figured college boys like buffalo wings!

My oldest starts high school tomorrow and I have a toddler!
I can't find the binders that I bought for him, is it wrong to go to target and just buy new ones.
I also apparently have to go out and get lots more FSS q's I have 13 pm's in my box, half from people I dont know, and have never seen before. Not sure what to do about those people.
My oldest is a Jr. in college, my youngest starts 8th grade in 2 days! EEK! Where did the time go?? I'm still trying to find school supplies I know I've bought in the past.....
If you have any extra FFS booklets I'd love to have one. Is that where the rebate is too?

I did get poptarts today, but none of them had the soccer ball tokens. Soccer If anyone wants to trade, I have the book tokens and the canteen tokens. I think I'd only need 2 of the soccer ball tokens. Thanks!

Quote from Bronc :
I agree! I didn't ask her for the TGIF coupon, but she sends me stuff all the time without my asking! She truly is one giving person and should be repped anytime you see her name, just because! I'm going to start repping her as often as I can!
I agree. Same with MFH. I love getting emails from my internet friends! hug

I never wear red to Target. I did that to someone yesterday, she was wearing red and I asked her if she could look in back for something. She didn't work there. It happens.
My problem is that I tend to wear the clothes I bought at T (on clearance laugh out loud ) to T... it's always embarrassing to me.

I have a medium sized chest freezer. I bought the plastic milk carton crates to put things in..one for veggies, one for meats, etc. they stack on top of each other and make it easier to organize.
I did buy a couple of crates the other day and started loading them today. It's helping so far, but I'm bad about getting home at the last minute, throwing everything in, slamming the door, smooshing everything down with a loaded laundry hamper, and taking off again LMAO this has a tendency to do away with organization Embarrassment

I went to Target today. And upon entering, I had that blast you in the face smell of freshly burnt popcorn. Can't those people in the "food area" at least know when popcorn is burning?

And then, the stupid people who take up the whole isle with their carts! What's up with that? If you want to look at something, then move your farking cart to the side of the isle, it's not that hard to do!

Oh, and I happened to be wearing a red polo shirt today, so I was stopped by about 1736 people asking me stupid farking quesitons. "Where is the cough medicine?", "What isle are the fireplace pokers on?", "Where are the feminine hygiene products?" For farks sake people, each Target is essentially set up the same! Maybe it's flipped, but most of them are the same. Use your common sense!!! Idiots.
LMAO LMAO My T had burnt popcorn yesterday.

Does anyone else buy too much TGIF and Tyson? I keep thinking they're going to stop accepting those coupons before their expiration dates. You know....the fraud word.....Every time I go to the store I end up buying 2-3 of them. My freezers are packed! There is only me and my 14 year old! I have more food than I know what to do with. My son in college would eat it, but he's 6 1/2 hours away from me. I keep sending him the coupons and telling him how to use them! I do love my stockpile though!

Wave Im south of Raleigh -- Im coming too!!!

I am soooooooooooooooo worried about the whole puberty thing and sex. I am (for lack of better phrase) Pro-Sex. Im not stupid, kids will have sex & that is that. (I was 20 when I got preggers w/ him -- and my mother believed I was a virgin until I told her I was 4 months)

BUT my fear is having THE TALK to a 10yo. Im a control freak, so I cant leave it to DH -- I have to be a part of it too. I want to be open, honest yet serious & I can not find the words to make this happen.

Any suggestions?
My brother is in Raleigh! I only ever gave my kids what I thought they were old enough to handle. for ex. when my dd was in kindergarten one day she asked me what sex was. I was shocked...but instead of giving her information she wasn't ready for I asked her what she thought it was...she said "when mommy and daddy kiss". I told her yes she was correct..fortunately, she was never afraid to ask me anything, so the 'talk' came in stages...

Did you freeze it past its expiration? I would go by how long it had to expire before you put i in the freezer. You'll be able to tell by smell & touch that it is no good.
No, I never froze it. It has just been in the fridge. So, if it smells and feels ok, then it should be good? It won't make us sick, will it?

Can someone tell me how the fuze bogo coupons work at Target? I asked a week or so ago, but didn't get any replies. TIA and reps!!

Yeah but he now has a "g/f" & all summer he & his buddy were talking about kissing. When he was 7, he was caught kissing a girl on the playground & we told him that kissing is nice & a way to show love but he wasnt allowed to show his love till he was 16.
It worked till this summer & this friend.

Im just a plan ahead kinda person...I need time to prep.

I've never had cheese go bad. Isn't that why cheese is 'aged'? (that is, if it's real cheese and not processed) Most cheese smells bad anyway so how could you tell laugh out loud I think the most you have to worry about is mold. Some people trim if off, I chunk it...

Yeah you'll be able to tell if it is no good -- even mold doesnt necessarily mean its bad.

I would love to have an upright freezer too. The chest freezer (that I got off Craigslist) is a pain in the butt because I always forget what is in the bottom of it. I am hoping to find a cheap upright one on CL and then sell mine.
Bronc-have you looked on Craigslist?

Does anyone know how long cheese is good after the expiration date?
I've been haunting craigslist for a week now. I'll keep at it. I think the idea of milk crates for organizing a chest freezer is a stroke of genius! Kudos to teri037 for such a good idea. And to tootsie67 for her thoughts on the subject!

yeah okay, my thoughts weren't exactly helpful laugh out loud the crates are available right now though in the college stuff. I actually found the Sterlite file crates over in the office section on clearance and picked up two. They are a little bigger and have more of a rectangular shape with handles. Working so far, but I just did it 3 hours ago Whee

I sooo need to get crates now!!! What a wonderful idea!!! I have a huge chest freezer (big enough for a couple bodies Wink) and I am alway digging around in it! Mine does have wire crate things that hang from the ledge on top, which helps keep little things separated, but the bottom part is scary!!! THANKS EVERYONE!!!!
