I received a reply back today from Target with their coupon policy. It clearly says that if the coupon is more than the item, then the coupon will be adjusted to the amount of the item. Thus they should be accepting and adjusting coupons, not refusing them for being more than the item cost.

I replied back asking why it says 'item not found' when then coupon is for more than the item. I asked why it is confusing the cashiers and causing trouble for Guests, when it should say something like 'check item cost.'

I just left WAGS and bought 5 excedrin and 5 Crest Pro-Health Rinse. I spent oop $20 and received $27.50 in RR. I do not really know how to use them, but I am learning..woot I will save these for scrubbing bubbles, robbitussin... I need to figure all this out tonite with coupons because for the next 3 days all I can do is stuyding accounting and taxation....

They answered my E-mail right before 1 PM, from the night before. So, I'm not expecting an answer until tomorrow afternoon.

I wonder if each E-mail they receive is reviewed by a responce team or if seperate CSR's consult a knowledge base for answers, as the first responce looks almost just like what's posted in the wikki. They put the bottom pharagraph at the top.

Edit to add: It's SC Johnson. Ziploc, Glade, Oust, Drano, Fantastik, Pledge, Shout, Windex, Saran, OFF, Edge, Raid, and Skintimate. Hmm, I was totally off today in the store. Was in a hurry too and didn't check bar codes. Oops!
