Went to Victoria Island and was very impressed with the Butchard Gardens. Massive amounts of beautiful flowers. The entrance fee was massive, too, at $26.50 each adult.
Never made it to Seattle b/c I missed my ride, Laina.
Yes, I'm so sad that our schedules didn't allow us to meet this time...
Cold... come on, it wasn't that bad.... we usually have that awful hot and humid weather you are used to for at least 20 days out of the summer..
I do have to admit that one day while Trang was here... I wanted to put the fireplace on, it had rained for a couple of days, and it was COLD... no way was I putting the furnace on in August... I try not to until at least October.
So now that Trang has confirmed the overpriced items here in Vancouver, you now know why I have to drive down to Washington for all these deals... it's just so worth gas and hotel... Stay 3 nights and do nothing but shop for 4 days...
Hotel and Gas :$200 (plus I take my Mom, and it's a mini vacation for her and I can bring more across the border)
Savings: To much to actually admit too...

ok ok so i grabbed a stack of like 50
He said no for the 1st time today. I asked him if he wanted to go to Kmart and he looked at me and said no, then I asked if he wanted to go to Target and he said Target! He can repeat almost any word you say to him, and knows and says so many more on a daily basis. My favorite word he says is deoderant, he says it really fast, its so cute.
Well he will just have to be happy, hitting up 2 Kmarts today with my SD buddy. Wemt to Target late last night and had a very nice run!
I'm not buying Poptarts this time b/c I still have 50 boxes sitting on the shelf. Would love to have tokens for the soccer ball or anything else if anyone has some they aren't using. Thanks.
