What does "age of majority (sometimes abbreviated as AoM+) in your state or province" mean?
The age of majority is the threshold of adulthood as it is conceptualized in law. It is the chronological moment when children legally assume majority control over their persons and their actions and decisions, thereby terminating the legal control and legal responsibilities of their parents over and for them.

In most U.S. states, the age of majority is 18, except for Nebraska and Alabama (19), and Mississippi (21). The age of majority in American Samoa and Puerto Rico is 14.

Occasionally, a less than ethical sweep will get posted. You might end up finding unauthorized charges on your phone bill. This is called "cramming". Once you contact the company that's charging you, and you have requested your phone company remove the charge, you can file a complaint with the FCC.

What made me ask this question is that I just saw another contest for a home that had no cash substitution and a value of almost $800,000. What person entering these contests can afford the insurance, taxes, maintenance, and other expenses for that?
This is my second day going at it and I think I have entered about 150 sweepstakes.

Those don't include the daily/instant win contests I have bookmarked. Those are anywhere from 50-150, depending on what's ending or what new contest I've bookmarked. Right now, those are at 119.
I honestly have no expectations of winning. It's always a real surprise when I do. I rarely ever win instant wins. Once in a while, I get frustrated with seeing "Sorry, you aren't a winner" hundreds of times in a row. I probably win something on average every few months though.
Good job and good luck with your sweepstakes career. I hope you're able to stick with it and grab some great wins.

I know what you mean about the jewelry and autographed prizes. I almost always enter contests for cars since I actually need a new one. It sucks that I can't enter GM ones though, since I have a parent who works for GM.
Has anyone ever "focused" their efforts to a specific item to win? For the last month or so, I have entered every ipad/tablet/ipod touch contest there is....for the most part. No Twitter ones. Just curious. It seems I have entered a ton of them. With this method, what are the odds of actually winning one?

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't want to enter 270,000 times and still not win.
