Has anyone ever purchased Buy DIg open box deals? [DJI Phantom 3 Pro]

Has anyone every purchased an open box item from Buy Dig? If so, how was your experience?

I assume that "open box" means customer return, and I also see that they have a 45 day return policy, so I am a little hesitant because I can't find any specifics as to the condition of the item.

What do you guys think? Will it be new or like new, complete with all accessories, etc.?

I'm thinking about buying a DJI Phantom 3 pro and the price is good, I'm just a little afraid of getting someone's "crash and return" LMAO

Just FYI, I contacted Buy Dig customer support and this is what they said:

Q: What sort of condition is this product in? Is it a customer return? Has it been used? Is it guaranteed to be complete, with all accessories, and in working order? Has it been tested by manufacturer? Thank you.

A: Open Box Closeout condition. Our open box items are items that have been returned to us by a previous customer. Most of these items are in excellent condition. Being that they have been opened, we cannot sell them as new. It is guaranteed to be in perfect working order but it is sold in "AS IS" condition (for example, the box may be torn, there may be cosmetic scratches, etc). Returns will not be accepted unless the item is found to be defective and do not have a manufacturer's warranty. Regarding open box items please contact our customer support department using our phone service. The number is located in the contact us tab at the bottom of the page. Thanks for your inquiry and have a wonderful day!

Basically, it looks like the same as a DJI "refurb", except that it has not been checked by a DJI technician.

It would probably be fine, but I don't want to get one that someone has trashed and returned, so I see more risk in an open box than a refurb, what do you guys think?
