Pioneer MXT-2969BT Bluetooth & Digital Media Car Receiver with 4 Speakers $59 or LOWER @ Walmart B&M

UPDATE: IT APPEARS THAT THE PRICE HAS DROPPED TO $40 NATIONWIDE

This deal came to light in this thread where the package was $79 and I have greedily stolen it but will give credit to the members there for finding it.

The same bundle is available at Walmart B&M(in store) for $59 or LOWER
Members here have found it at $35 and even lower, depending on your area.

Bundle includes:
  • Pioneer MVH 291BT Bluetooth Digital Media Car Receiver
  • Pioneer TS-695P 6x9" Speaker Pair
  • Pioneer TS-165P 6.5" Speaker Pair
  • separate Microphone for hands free calling

NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A CD PLAYER!

Link to product online for reference.

Price online is $79 but the item is on clearance in store fro $59. This is 50% off the original price of $129

See Brickseek to check inventory & price in your area. Everywhere around me in Central Maryland has the $59 price. YMMV as I don't know if it is nationwide.

BTW Installed this a week or two ago in my truck and am very impressed. The Bluetooth is rock solid dependable and call quality is top notch.

I paid the $79 price for mine a few weeks. Have already installed it and just don't have the heart to pull it back out.

They actually scan the serial numbers after the UPC on these when purchasing. The return rebuy may not work. I just tried through chat and she said I'd have to do it in store.

See my PM about how to handle this and anyone wishing to see my solution is free to PM me as well. I don't want to publish it here.

Good OP, btw.

I thought they only check the serial on the box with the unit inside the box? does the serial get recorded on the receipt as well?

I'm not quite sure how it all works. They scanned the serial number on the outside of the kit box. I don't know if that is the same or different than whats on the receiver itself.

I'm pretty certain my buddy just paid either $45 or $49 in Augusta Maine. That store seems to dump certain car audio stuff pretty cheap at times..

**EDIT** Looks like Augusta is out, but 04901 just up 95 from there has them for $35.

At first I saw the "Note: This unit does not have a CD player!" and was like ehh.

Then I thought to myself "When is the last time I even used my CD player?

In for 1!

I'm tempted to get this as our current stock radio knob is all messed up. when you try to turn the volume down whether slow or fast the volume jumps all over the place. you can be at a 20 and turn it down and then it jumps to full blast at 35 and such. anyways I was hoping for a double din radio on SD but I keep seeing this one on sale and everyone seems to like it. is it worth it to have to buy a double din to sin din face cover/ adapter or wait until a double din shows up on here

may be difficult since those consoles are very very unique and not a standard plug and play dash.

I'd wait for the pioneer 4200NEX. I've seen 2 deals here in past few months at good prices on SD.
