Still no refund after i was told on multiple occasions 5-7 business days. I am filing a dispute this is crazy
Same here. I've talked to 4 Dell reps and each one has promised the same thing. I have NO PROBLEM with the fact that they cancelled the order due to a pricing mistake. Granted, some warning would've been nice, rather than checking tracking after it was supposed to have been delivered. My problem is with the fact that they still haven't done anything about the money they owe me, three weeks later. I've been buying through Dell in some capacity for the past fifteen years, but I'm done at this point. I'm contacting USAA for a charge back instead, and I'd suggest the same of anyone else dealing with them.
Correction. I used chase sapphire reserve credit card for price protection because discover doesn't cover computer parts anymore. All you do is purchase the item from other vendors (Amazon, b&h, etc..) then you do screenshot of the price from Dell with date and time. Then just call up the benefits department and ask for price protection and submit the required documents.
Is it still possible to do this, meaning do you have a sceenshot I can use for doing the same thing that you did, I really would like to do it somehow.

You cannot do this anymore. You have to buy the item first, then search for lower price.
This is what I got after filing a dispute from Discover card:

:
This case has been closed in your favor, as we have not received a response to our request from the Merchant. A credit will be applied to your account, and any temporary credit previously ap plied during our investigation will be reversed. Any interest or fees that may have been added to your account as a result of this issue have also been corrected.
In any case, Dell has bad customer service. They don't even respond to the CC company.
Has anyone actually received their refund yet back to their credit card without filing a dispute with the credit card company? This is ridiculous.
Got one order refunded today back on discover. Still waiting for second but hopefully that will be tomorrow. From what I can tell, the way to verify if your refund is in progress or not is on the Order Status page, Click on the Dell Purchase ID number for the order. Then click on the View Return Details. This will show you where it's at in the process. If it's in Awaiting Return Shipment , that means you have to call Dell and let them know that the order has already been received by Dell. I gave them the link to FedEx tracking page for the return shipment that shows item was delivered back to Dell on 1/12. After this, they will "start" the refund process and your status should update to Items Received. It takes about three days AFTER items received status to get to Refund Sent. About one day to two for the credit to appear on the account. Hope that helps.

My order doesn't even show as pending a return. It shows as "Delivered" and that's it. No refund from Dell, but I filed a dispute with my credit card company already. I suppose I could have requested a return instead of filing a CC dispute, but that makes no sense to me since I never received the product in the first place.
You don't have to report this to the BBB, change.org, Paypal, your credit card, or send a tweet to Donald Trump asking him to "Make Dell Pricing Errors Great Again" to actually get the refund.
Four weeks without a refund, you had to ask for one, and you're saying to not report this? It is our duty to report this.
Price mistake is one thing, but blatant withholding of refunds, that's just bad business. Dell deserves the bad publicity and Slickdeals shouldn't promote deals with a company like this.
Finally received 1 of 2 refunds on Friday. I have been calling every day for the last 2 weeks and they consistently tell me "2-3 business days" for the 2nd refund. Dell is garbage.

Disrupted the shipment and refuse the refund promptly.
Wish it goes to bankruptcy soon

If you want to punish Dell for how they handled this (which I agree was bad), then feel free to report it to whomever you want.
Just trying to help people get the refund if they haven't had any luck. The last sentence that you quoted was a joke anyway.
