It's a good board, and boards dont tend to drop too much in price over the life of a processor since there are so many boards at different price points. But it's up to you, just be sure it has the features you need.

I see all that i need is in M5 ,, But still, the automatic OC, the double sound card and some extra leds(new cancer tech) and assuming better build for it is m7,,all this for just extra 10 bucks is a steal

yep just built it last night 5ghz stable. you can do 4.8 4.9 and 5ghz. xmp profiles. loving it . plus 10 sata ports. he bridge is 40 bucks alone, running 1080s.

got my system up and running , preset 5ghz works awsome , fully stable with kraken water cooler and delided with liquid metal , gelid paste on IHS

32gb gskill ram 3000mhz xmp


also running 10 HDDs on Sata 6g

no M.2.
I dont like how MSI m7 has less sata ports and when using m.2. two sata ports are shared vs one for the tai chi

just fyi the shield for m.2. on Msi board has been reported to cause overheating on m.2 SSD
